Butterscotch has always been one of my favorite flavors. It is right up there with almond. So of course I was super excited to see that someone had selected Butterscotch Pudding as one of December’s Tuesdays with Dorie recipes.
This recipe gave me an excuse to venture down into our booze basement (our version of a wine cellar) and grab the bottle of scotch. That’s right this butterscotch pudding has REAL Scotch in it. MmmmBoozeyPudding.
RESULTS: The pudding turned out much paler than the butterscotch pudding mix that you can buy at the supermarket. But, it was full of great butterscotch flavor.
